America’s First Christian Mobile Wireless Service

Chaos Not Included.

Take your home from Telecom to Telecalm.

Safer phones. Stronger homes. More intentional lives.
The Idea Behind Radiant

Families deserve a choice about what reaches their phones and their homes. Radiant protects at the network, not on the device, so parents and individuals gain meaningful control, and the internet becomes something you hold, rather than something that holds you.

Radiant Mobile

The Work at a Glance.

A carrier with a real technical advantage, and the work of replacing chaos with coherence, inside the company and across the customer experience. An engagement about clarity, not louder marketing.

The Challenge

When I arrived, leadership believed the company was ready to scale and wanted to move quickly into aggressive marketing. My reading was different. Scaling the organization as it stood would not scale success; it would scale chaos. Radiant was trying to grow without the strategic, operational, and communication systems that growth depends on: no clear market position, no communication strategy, and a small team running on manual effort with little executive visibility. These were not separate problems. They were one condition, an organization trying to scale faster than its own coherence could support.

MANY SYMPTOMS · ONE CONDITION RADIANT · ON ARRIVAL No Positioning Website Friction Manual Processes Poor Visibility Tactical Urgency Communication Gaps Marketing Inexperience Customer Confusion Organizational Friction THE WORK Strategic Coherence THE RESULT Scalable Growth
Eight symptoms, one condition: an organization scaling faster than its coherence.

That diagnosis split the engagement into two efforts, run in parallel from the first week.

Workstream One · Momentum

  • Launch the highest-priority marketing
  • Sharpen the market position
  • Improve customer communication
  • Reduce friction in the customer journey
  • Keep the business moving

Workstream Two · Foundation

  • Positioning & communication architecture
  • A marketing operating system
  • Executive visibility & reporting
  • Customer experience & automation
  • Systems built to scale

One effort created momentum. The other built the foundation beneath it, so today's marketing would become tomorrow's operating capability. They were never separate projects; one moved the business, the other made sure it could keep moving.

Strategic Contribution

The work was to build that coherence across the business at once: the strategy and positioning, the way the company spoke inside and out, the customer experience from first visit to active line, and the marketing systems the team would run on. Some of it shipped. Some was designed and handed to the team to carry. Some stayed a recommendation. The case marks each honestly, so the reasoning is as visible as the result.
